Yemen : STC Reaffirms Readiness to Join Southern Dialogue Conference

Aden – The leadership of Yemen’s Southern Transitional Council (STC) has renewed its readiness to actively participate in the upcoming Southern Dialogue Conference, called for by Saudi Arabia, as part of efforts to address key issues in the country’s south.
The announcement came during a meeting between Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman and Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Member Abu Zahra Al-Mahrami, where the two discussed the latest developments in Yemen.
Al-Mahrami shared a photo of the meeting on his official account, noting that the discussions were marked by a spirit of brotherhood and mutual understanding. He added: “Views were exchanged on developments in Yemen, with a focus on the just southern cause.”
The meeting also explored ways to coordinate and strengthen joint efforts to support Yemen’s stability and safeguard regional security.
