Abu Dhabi – Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Adviser to the President of the United Arab Emirates, affirmed that January 17 will remain a defining milestone of determination and resolve in the nation’s journey.

In a post on his official account on X, Gargash wrote: “January 17 will remain a station of resolve and determination in the march of the homeland. They wanted it to be a dark day for the UAE, but it became a testament to the leadership’s firmness, the state’s resilience, and society’s cohesion. The nation emerged stronger, more fortified, and prouder.”

He added: “All of us, without exception… our party is the UAE.”
The UAE commemorates on Saturday the fourth anniversary of January 17, known as “Day of Resolve,” which embodies the values of Emirati solidarity, unity between leadership and people, and pride in the nation’s strength and readiness to confront challenges as part of its forward-looking vision.
