Yemen : STC President Calls for “Million March of Steadfastness” in Aden

Aden – The President of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidarous al-Zubaidi, has issued an official call for supporters to gather in the interim capital, Aden, next Friday to participate in a mass demonstration under the banner of the “Million March of Steadfastness and Popular Escalation,” according to media sources.
The sources indicated that the call aims to “renew the popular mandate” granted to the Council’s leadership and to reaffirm the resilience of the southern people in confronting current political challenges.
They further noted that the upcoming event seeks to deliver a political message both domestically and internationally regarding the southern street’s position on ongoing developments, amid the country’s accelerating political obligations.
