Yemen : Security Forces in Al-Dhalea Seize Truck Suspected of Carrying War-Material Bound for Houthis

Al-Dhalea – A security checkpoint in the Mureis area of Al-Dhalea province, southern Yemen, intercepted a truck loaded with materials suspected of being used for military manufacturing, en route to Houthi-controlled territories.

The Houthis are internationally designated as a terrorist group.

According to security sources, the truck originated from Aden as part of a larger convoy reportedly consisting of around 15 trucks.

Preliminary investigations with one of the drivers revealed alarming information suggesting suspicious movements expected in the coming days.

Military sources indicated that more than 100 trucks are anticipated to depart Aden port within the next two days, heading toward Sana’a.

These trucks are reportedly carrying materials with thick iron casings, suspected to be used in war-related manufacturing, including missile production and local assembly operations.
