Aden -- A statement issued from the “March of Steadfastness and Popular Escalation” in Aden affirmed that the broad participation in the event “represents a clear message to domestic, regional, and international audiences” that the people of the South stand united behind their cause and political leadership.
The statement emphasized that the Southern Transitional Council (STC) embodies the “political and national bearer of the Southern cause,” underscoring its role as the legitimate representative of the aspirations of the southern people.
Tens of thousands gathered in Aden’s Al-‘Urudh Square to demonstrate solidarity and reaffirm their collective commitment to the STC’s leadership.
